Ray of Light's mental health evaluation letters do exactly what is needed: they state the basis for the evaluation, describe the impacts the victim suffered, tie those impacts to the criminal activity, and provide a credible, compelling analysis. As long as a crime victim suffered mental health impacts, Ray of Light will find, describe and analyze them.
