Accessibility Statement

Ray of Light Psychological Services is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our commitment

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

Measures we take

We use semantic HTML, provide sufficient color contrast, support keyboard navigation, include descriptive alt text on meaningful images, label form controls, and review new pages and components for accessibility before publishing them.

Assistive technology and browsers

This site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech-recognition software.

Language access

Our team is bilingual and provides evaluations and communications in Spanish. If you need assistance in Spanish or another language, please let us know when you contact us.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds and legacy content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and remediate these issues.

Feedback and requests

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@rayoflightservices.com or (510) 827-8583. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
