We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule evaluations, coordinate with referring attorneys, and improve our website. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address (typically truncated), device and browser type, pages visited, referring site, and interactions like clicks and scrolls. Microsoft Clarity may also record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. This information is processed by Google and Microsoft under their respective privacy policies. We do not use these tools to collect protected health information or to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell this data. Protected health information
Clinical and protected health information that arises during an evaluation is handled separately under our clinical privacy practices and applicable law (including HIPAA and California privacy law). A separate Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at the start of any clinical engagement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; please do not send sensitive medical information through this website.
Your choices
You may request that we update or delete the contact information you have shared by emailing info@rayoflightservices.com. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
